Before then, being as the facility service center of Tai-Young High Tech Co., Ltd. Which is 100% stock-held subsidiary of Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, we have been providing semiconductor and LCD companies with our facilities and the design, installation and maintenance service for 13 years. Our top quality facilities and reliable after-sale services were highly evaluated by the customers and we achieved the top share of the market; especially in the field of chemical dispense system.
